Yu-Gi-Oh the Duelists of the Roses

Yu-Gi-Oh! The Duelists of the Roses is a unique hybrid of card battling and tactical strategy, set within an alternate-history version of 15th-century England. Unlike traditional Yu-Gi-Oh! games that follow the classic trading card game (TCG) rules, this game introduces a board-based battlefield, merging the Yu-Gi-Oh! card game mechanics with chess-like movement and territory control.

It is loosely inspired by the real-world historical conflict known as the Wars of the Roses, with characters from the Yu-Gi-Oh! anime reimagined as leaders and warriors from rival royal factions.
