WWE SmackDown! Here Comes the Pain is a professional wrestling video game developed by Yuke’s and published by THQ for the PlayStation 2, released in 2003.

It is the fifth installment in the SmackDown! series and one of the most critically acclaimed WWE games of all time.

The game features a large roster of over 50 WWE Superstars, including legends like The Rock, Stone Cold Steve Austin, and newcomers at the time like John Cena, Rey Mysterio, and Brock Lesnar (who appears on the cover). It introduced significant gameplay upgrades that made it a fan favorite.
